So I am dating this great woman and I took 0.5 of caber at the beginning of last week and that didn't do much so I took another 0.5 and a day or two later I was good to go. I lowered my NPP down and raised my Test up to make up for it but the thing is my sex drive has been insane and I cannot tell if I watched too much porn and down regulated my receptors or if my prolactin is high again. On the day I need to make sure I can score it will have been exactly a week since my last caber dosage. I took a total of 1.0mg Caber and 21mg of Aromasin.

How long does it take for prolactin to build back up with NPP and Test?
Can dropping your prolactin too low cause ED as well?
Should I take 12.5 aromasin now and another 0.5 caber?
How do you guys or gals deal with having too much time at home and too high of a sex drive? I am starting to become less productive :\. Honestly I would let the prolactin and estrogen rise again if I wasn't seeing this woman who I adore.

Ok, you kinda seem all over the place..lol. caber is not viagra..lol.. what kinda npp dose are you using to even need caber? I use caber twice a week due to the half life. I cant really answer you questions, but if i was to guess, your prolactin is low not high now with that much caber. For reference i was running .25mg twice a week on 600 deca. Caber doesnt make me horny or hard... but If you wanna do a marathon with your woman its great. Reload times are minutes for me. You can easily bang out 5 or 6 a night if you dont get to raw..lol..
 
If im not mistaken theres research out there saying too low kills libido / erections and too high does the same , so id think theres a sweet spot for everyone. I would guess midrange.
It definitely does for me. I'm dropping my npp currently as the libido and anxiety is too much. If I take caber I physically can't get hard.. I've been controlling all issues via AIs

Would you have to come off or just lower to a therapeutic dosage, like 80mg to 100mg a week, i no when i came off and kept trianing hard i swear i got elbow tendinitis lol i should have stayed on well i was still pushing hard, took forever for it to go away weather it had anything to do with it or not im not sure.

Sorry but I'm confused so some of my questions may be off. Do you have performance issues or are you going nuts because your sex drive is too high and need another partner with the same sex drive? As for that question, what do I do when I'm home and my sex drive is high, I have a lot of intercourse. Seems to be the perfect remedy.

It is impossible to tell you what is going on without hormone blood work. Some of the very experienced guys know by how they feel but even then it is somewhat of a guess without bloodwork and a history of how compounds impact your hormones.

Go get your hormones tested and you will have your answer. Your body is very complex beast and it likes to be in equilibrium. Mess with one hormone and it can impact another, etc. I have been 100% sure my estrogen is too high or my prolactin is too high due to incredibly sensitive nipples/erect nipples all the time. In the words of my good friend, "don't throw shit at the wall and hope it sticks." I waited the week for blood work and much to my surprise all my hormones were in the middle range except my total test was at the high end of normal where I wanted it. Eventually, my body adapted and the problem went away.

Second the use of B-6 / P-5-P / injectable B-6 (my favorite) to help control your prolactin.

I hope you sort this out but without more info, I would just be bullshitting you and guessing.

I get tendonitis in forearm and tennis elbow on and off. When on cycle, off cycle it does not make a difference in my case. It does take a long time to fade out though. The only issue i ever get in the gym is this.

I have thrown out preacher curls with dumbells. That is one of the most common denominators to my issues. I dont over extend or anything.
It seems to be the movement and generation of force.
Once it sets in...FML, biceps hammer curls are a no go, DB curls in general are tough and weight goes down big time...I hate this feeling.
Its been awhile since last episode.

As far as Caber, it is a powerful, powerful drug.
For AI"s ...too often we take AI when unnecessary.
Low estro is worse IMO than elevated for dick issues and libido issues.

Get blood work for sure before embarking on a caber journey, AI as well... i stopped Taking AI until PCT only now...No issues at all, i use Mast and a few other tools instead, i have been feeling great since i stopped several yrs ago now. BUT when i used AIs etc it threw me for a long loop, Until i was advised to stop and what a great choice it was.

Natural ways like zinc and several other supplements are now in my arsenal opposed to Harsh damn chemicals. Blood work is the best indicator and only accurate way of knowing.

Morning wood is an indicator but can be random.
Good advice above you have received from others that posted, this is my add.
 
If you want a great stand in addition...PT-141 is amazing stuff...
IMO better than Viagra or cialis due to stuffy sinuses and headaches i get at even low dose.
PT 141 raises libido and way better erection frequency, like a shoot it and reload in very short order and you can hang a wet beach towel on your pecker until it dries out....
Was available at Dracorex if still in stock. Used personally and ive been using for over a decade now with awesome results.

Always have a large stock on hand for moments of need is my advice.
 
Thank you for the great replies and positivity! Nothing kills my workouts and every part of my life more than negativity even if it is warranted. Positivty does the opposite and makes me excel in every area in life.

I will try to clarify things now that I have some time.

#1 My sex drive is too high but my erections are hit and miss (I think some receptors might be down regulating from watching porn thus making it less exciting and also making real sex less exciting but its hard to just stop).
#2 I don't usually have problems getting hard even with crashed testosterone but I am not the same size or hardness. My problem is I just cannot orgasm and that usually messes with partners heads especially if its a new girl.

So dick pills might help a little and I believe cialis is supposed to be good for lipids but I do not have any on hand and I don't have enough time to test it out, knowing me I will be walking around the grocery store gaining the wrong attention.

I think you guys nailed it in regards to everything. A lot is anxiety about performing really well which I go about it like psychology, science, and art combined and thinking about too many things at once instead of living in the moment and doing. She probably just needs to touch my dick and I will be good. I think I probably did drop my prolactin too low. I am only on 500mg NPP with 500mg test. I do not like taking Ai's, Serms or caber lightly but its just because this is the first time with this girl. No problems for two months on 450mg NPP. I don't have enough P5P B6, I need to go to one of those IV vitamin clinics and try and find their source lol as I do not really trust most places. B6 is IV right? Even if I had a good source I would definitely be filtering through those individual super small micro filters for insulin needles.

I don't find caber helps me much in terms of multiple orgasms but what does is edging in a vagina and then stopping at the right time without too sexy of a thought process going on and then continuing on. Lots of practicing doing that and also jerking off practicing that and flexing those pc muscles helps and after along while you can get good at stopping at the right time without ruining an orgasm if you're really really horny.

I am going to stay away from caber and other stuff as well as porn if I can. I need to get my brain to realize that sex or porn is counter productive lol.

Literally ready to go with her almost constantly but the dick issues are driving me insane. Whole reason I picked NPP was because I wasn't seeing anyone.

Mine seems to be taking it well as i told her what it is and I mean she doesn't complain about the ascetic results. But when we're about to get going and I literally can't get hard it's a huge bummer and she takes it well but you still feel like shit. Especially since things are still fresh.

I've only got 4 weeks left in my cycle but I just can't take it anymore, I'm going to up my test and go full pornstar for the next 4 weeks haha. Because ya, I take caber and it makes the issue worse, if I can dose the AI right things go okay, except I feel like I'm dancing on the edge of crashing it constantly. Needing 1.5-2mg of adex a week to keep things working
 
I have not explained it to this one and I am a little worried but if she is going to not care about my feelings then that is her problem and she can go sort through years more of people who are at her level of niceness or worse.

My relationship before this it never gave them a complex about it but I definitely could if I wasn't careful or said something when I was angry or something even after apologizing something like that can really mess things up.

I am excited about this woman but I am starting to wonder if I am projecting my fantasy (which you do even in ideal healthy relationship cases) too much and that she really is not a nice person. She hasn't really said or shown she is the type of person that loves unconditionally. What do you think about being the one who has to, "train" the partner you're with (not in a bedroom sense)? Also what about doing what I am doing, lowering NPP to 50mg less than Testosterone and then raising the testosterone 50mg up to make up for the 50mg NPP loss? You might even want to do 100mg because I tried lowering NPP 25 and raising testosterone 25mg and same issues. Okay, thinking about it I am just going to raise Testosterone by 100mg starting today bringing me to 600mg testosterone. I think you mentioned you get a little bit of acne so you have to be careful raising it and be prepared to get the acne antibioitic mixture that doesn't kill gut bacteria and you might as well ask for the antibioitic cream now (It does go off quickly but it can take awhile to get it in) I don't know if I would recommend raising testosterone to 1000mg the first time at the end of a cycle UNLESS you are not feeling sluggish at all about working out and you're still eating just as much and just as clean.

I might consider lowering it down to 150mg a week. Down from 450mg. Maybe bring my test up 100mg like you said. I just don't know this anxiety is killing me, 600mg of test was a breeze but this npp. I'm reading more and more how it fucked with people's mental health.

As for the acne it's really only when I first start a cycle or if I'm really really stressed out.

I'm pretty much just worried if i just lower the npp I'll still see these sides..I've been so hesitant to drop it because the gains are ridiculous..the more I eat I swear the leaner I get. Keep having to bump my cals up because I stopped gaining weight. Just broke 4k cals this week which is very very high for me
 
I wouldn't drop it below 300mg. I don't even know that will work especially in the way you want it too but your mental health is very important and you may want to just stop the cycle right now, it just means you'll be able to cycle again sooner and you will get the massive benefits from losing fat and taking a break from hormones. We gain muscle when we stop using, you can get really good at playing the same video game level for as long as you would like but until you finish it you won't get to the next stage (a metaphor I just came up with about growth).

In any case, you really need to make it a priority to go to a nutritional store and buy L-theanine (200mg at least once a day) and NAC (I would start by taking 3x 600mg capsules a day), Magnesium and I even think collagen (not gelatin but collagen you can buy online for like $25 or under and 10grams a scoop, also take 5-HTP-tryptophan, Find the Yogi tea called, "Calming/serenity" in a yellow and purple box at London drugs and also find, "Rescue Lozenges" there as well. Take those during the day to help with anxiety. Any antioxidant or free radical scavenger or anything that takes oxidative stress off your body will help with mood as well. Drop coffee down, Meditate, do your cardio outside, Realize you are an accomplished human being and your self worth cannot be placed on singular things as that will not make sense and for the love of god realize that any decent humans and worth while people are going to go out of their way to make you feel more comfortable and to show you kindness when you are panicking, think what you would tell a kid with anxiety or who was putting themselves down.

Do something mentally productive that gets you ahead in life some how or work on changing the world for the better. Your mind will probably wander to negative things if you do not give it the extra stimulation it needs now that you have higher amounts of hormones in your body. You are increasing a huge array of hormones.

Learn to ride and accept the anxiety, realize once you have had that adrenaline release it will take an hour for your liver to metabolize it and that is alright. Most people have anxiety they just never connected the dots or knew enough about it plus denial is amazing. I have friends that wouldn't date someone with anxiety and guess what they have anxiety and just didn't realize it. They should of been saying, "I won't date someone who lets anxiety alter their life.". You cannot let it alter your life and you just need to push through it, it doesn't matter what people think and let me tell you, it weeds out nasty people like no tomorrow, unless you start treating people badly because you are having a panic attack. In that case then try and find some forgiveness because its the right thing to do.
 
So my estrogen went right back up not long after that message I could tell by water weight alone. I think I am just going to skip one NPP shot then drop down to 75mg every other day instead of 150 eod. Will keep test at 600mg but will be taking 150mg with each NPP shot to help manage aromatizing.
