Exhausted feeling after taking HGH

Anything over 3iu per shot makes me lethargic as f*ck too. I did 10iu a day for a couple weeks and basically I couldn't function without a boatloads of stimulant (caffeine, ephedrine..). Now I only do 10iu, one shot pre workout M-W-F, with regular pre workout with added DMAA. No lethargy with that and believe it or not results better than 5-10iu ED spreaded 2-3 times a day

Negative. I did a lot of slin in the past and honestly I don't like it anymore. But I'm only looking for muscle quality, hardness and strength these days and slin does nothing for that. imo slin is great for pure mass but unless you want to be 300lbs its not worth it, and in which case you'll have to take lots of it. Always stress about blood sugar, sometimes going hypo randomly even if you had lots of carbs, etc. I just increase aas dosage if I want more results.

Yeah good advice I think. I know Primo is faked alot so yeah but without this fake GH I feel really good. Just wanted your guy's opinion on it.
When I had my labs done I was running
600 mgs T400
100 mgs NPP
Which I forgot to mention
I keep the NPP there for joint and pain relief. I have spinal stenosis and 2 herniated discs but all the Doc's wanna do is get yu hooked on T3s and I won't touch that shit.
I have since added in
300 mgs EQ
200 mgs Primo
If it is Primo
I'm cruising and blasting as long as my labs look good and at that point will run a high TRT hopefully.
I'm 46, lifted naturally all my life but working average 15 hour days sometimes up to 20 lowbedding all week moving heavy equipment in and outta the bush it's hard to workout during the week so I do what I can on the slow days and hit er hard on the weekends.
Recovery is the big thing for me, sometimes I'm still wasted feeling Monday even Tuesday but gotta give er when the stuff has to get moved.
I'm just trying to build strength and resilience before it's too late.

I can absolutely guarantee that even if your GH were 100% legit (and that's a HUGE if in the GH game), taking 0.5iu/day would not cause the extreme lethargy you're describing. And fat loss 3 days in from GH or primo.... just no.

While there's lots of things that could lead to the lethargy, and many have been mentioned, what I haven't seen could be the most powerful one of all. The placebo effect. You've read about GH and the possible sides from it, and it's making you more aware. Chances are you were tired before you started the GH, but because you weren't looking for it you probably didn't really notice it as much.

Do you think your body can use the 10 iu's without the slin though?

Yeah, I think the body use whatever dose of hgh you throw at it. There is always bro science on forums that says the body can only use 2-5iu max per shot. I don't think that is true, the body always use all of it. Semi proof to that is if you use too much, you'll grow a huge face, hands, feet, etc, like Palumbo, Dexter Jackson and such. And you can get blood sugar problems out of it at very high dose.

Yep you're probably right. I'm up to 2 IUs in the morning now and feeling good. I'll be pinning 2 more IUs at night on lifting days to get a little more out of it but may also cycle off a couple days a week or even pin 3 IUs every 2nd day to minimize insulin desensitization. I've read and listened to a alot of podcasts talking about the insulin issue but I've also heard your body gets used to it and the insulin issues go away. Still looking into the legitimacy of the insulin issues. I've got 200 IUs left give or take so I plan on using it all and then switching to Opti. I've heard switching back and forth between different brands may be healthier and more effective also, so I might try that too.
