Would like to take more but not sure what's good what's not am what ones may negatively effect other vitamins or medications.
 
Mornings.

- Collagen powder & MSM powder mixed with my oatmeal or yogurt.
- Multi, Joint Ease, VitC, 2000D, Krill/fish oil, B6, Niacin & intermittent Magnesium.

Afternoons.

- Multi, Joint Ease, Probiotic, 2000D+K2, Krill/fish oil, B6 & intermittent Magnesium.

Ubiqionol pre-workout.

Weekends off except Fish oils & B6.
