Parrots/GH

I’m all for learning and debate. The study is from 1993 that includes 25 men? With IV in there arm the entire night? For 3 nights?
Given the circumstances I doubt anyone would sleep well in that. Also considering how much research has gone into sleep over the last 20+ years and where we are now I truly don’t put much weight into this study. 25 healthy men in a world population of billions. Very limited study at best. I’m not convinced either way to be honest. Wish there was more research into what we do here cause it would immensely help. If this article had hundreds of healthy men involved it would carry some weight. The totality of it doesn’t have me convinced one way or the other. Just my opinion as always I’ll do some digging tonight to see what I can come up with as well

I am not singling you out.
I just started a thread pointing out that it looks like it's the new trend to parrot that people have better sleep on GH.

It seems to be a new thing and I was bringing this to light.

3,5,10,15,20 years ago
None of us ever mentioned better sleep. It was always worse
But all of a sudden some guys have ran a kit or two of generics and seem to have found a new side effect of GH out of the blue.

Maybe you are different, maybe from the other parrots you are experiencing a placebo effect.
Believe me or not "better sleep" is not a sign of Somatropin ....
Water under the bridge brother all good

Yes sir I got some free time tonight to hunt around. I hate some of these pharmaceutical companies though that claim xyz and then don’t publish the study to back it up. Already came across a “found hgh treatment to assist in better sleep quality” but without the fckn study to back it up.

I find that when i train very hard, consistent and for a long period of time, my sleep gets much better. Typically i am running GH when i dial things in. I sleep better when training hard and consistent, adding in GH is a coincidence that some may confuse with better sleep from GH. Most folks running GH are dialing shit in as they do not want to waste the cash.
When my BW is over 260, i get shit sleeps again regardless of gh, no gh, and even training hard , as i get limbs falling asleep etc, getting up in the 280 lb range at times, then forget it, i may as well sleep on a recliner as i can sleep there, but in a bed, very hard.

I wonder if folks think they sleep better because they are dialing in their diets, training harder etc while on GH?

Other than people with pituitary issues this appears to be the only study that involves healthy adults and rhgh study on sleep.

Did you forget to attach the study?
Haha no sorry. Poor choice of words. Your study you posted is the only one I can find

there are some archived ones I’m still looking at trying to pinpoint another. As before there appears to be some studies done but nothing as of yet I can locate online. And of course the pharmaceutical companies claims without backing it up.

Interesting discussion @3ml... I have always been big on constructive disagreement. It often uncovers interesting stuff.

I have never really noticed any difference in my sleep from GH. I don't generally run it before bed though (usually first thing am or pre-workout...rarely post-workout.

Tren is a very different story. I also find with higher doses of DHT based compounds I am very tight and often need to change positions multiple times a night or just stretch my legs. I also think carrying the extra weight that comes with higher doses in general makes me snore more and wakes me up.

4 iu of genotropin day
I get it delivered to my door from the pharmacy.

As for your question about GH alone are you referring to without insulin or without steroids?
How’d you manage this? I’ve seen GH deficiency protocols that call for almost this over the course of a week
