Let's hear your go to post-workout meals. I am always looking for new ideas. I personally do not have much of an appetite post training but I do believe that getting a significant amount of your daily allotment of carbs, post training is a good idea. I usually just have a isolate shake and 6-7 rice cakes with some jam and a piece of fruit. Boring af but it gets the job done.

i just hammer a shake and eat a whole meal about a hour or so later. I cant eat a lot right after training either.
I also have eaa's and a little carb powder intra workout

Nice. I also take in some EAA's and carbs intra. Definitely find it aids in recovery personally.

Directly after training i like (real) orange juice with dextrose powder. Then a meal with beef and rice/rice pasta within the hour.

Bingo. I take a fair bit of both IntraWO and recommend about the same to everyone I train for quite a while now . 10-15g EAA with 30-50g HBCD depending on how heavy the day is. Supporting the needs during training means my next meal is simply whatever my next scheduled meal was and is no particular rush,

I like a quote I heard from Milos Sarcev, he's summed it up something like 'don't train with empty blood'

6 oz chicken breast, 2 cups spinach, 200g jasmine rice blended and drink like a shake. Easy way to get meals in, especially when on the go

I eat whatever I feel like lol. If it doesn't have enough protein I'll add a shake.

A lot shakes here eh. I haven’t had one in years.

the best investment you can do for food is get a smoker. Smoke food to perfection and the flavour is amazing. It’s a pleasure eating and actually look forward to my meals. Chicken is no longer boring. Fish is always amazing. The bulk food you can make with beef will be perfect for meal prep.

Invested in a Traeger last spring. No regrets. Absolutely love it!
