is it a good idea to donate blood?

Generally you'll probably find most will say yes. Most common reasoning being that AAS will usually thicken your blood, draining some out removes a quantity of red blood cells and reduces the volume of blood in your system which lowers blood pressure. The volume returns quickly mostly the "watery" portion and the end result is "thinner" blood. It takes a few months for the Red blood cell count to be at full max again so you have the benefits during that time. They take approx 56 days to die off btw, this may influence how often you want or need to release some.

Bonus - When you donate they check your hemoglobin level and they will tell you the number if you ask or check your results on the website,

I would say listen to gondar, as well as check your ferritin and your iron levels as well as full blood count before you decide to donate.

Frequently donating can turn bad if your not monitoring your levels.

I probably donate too much which is basically every 2 months. Covid slowed me down this year.

Lots of kids need blood so until I have a reason to slow down I'll keep giving.
You may need to take an iron supplement. When I was donating that much mine dropped low (ish) & I eat red meat twice per day.

What questions are asked on the pre use panflet and what do you guys answer to them?

You're going to have to lie a bit, but its for the greater good. Remember they screen your blood very well, so if there are abnormalities it won't go to a donor, and you'll be informed.

The iron is important to watch. I do pay attention to this. "Low-ish" is the issue, but its manageable.

So pretty much even just one wrong answer and they will deny request to donate ? Or do they just screen it extra if you say you had done steroids ?

I wanna donate I just don’t wanna go in there and put yes I fucking sauce and then get denied , or put no I don’t fucking sauce and then they run there tests and see in fact that I do and deny me in the future ?

Easy enough . And there testing procedures don’t bounce your blood even while on cycle?
I donate regularly and have a nice relationship with a few of the "nurses". They have never said anything directly but they know what's up. When I'm in good shape I'm pretty vascular, they like that for ease of poking. One lady in particular that I straight out flirt with once said to me "we love you guys' blood!" I pretended to be insulted and said "You guys? What do you mean by that?" She started apologizing and turning red so I let her off the hook and said I was just kidding but I knew what she meant. She said something like don't get me wrong I don't have a problem with it, I actually really like it. If I had any balls I would have made a move by now lol.

Nope. I donated mid cycle about 10 weeks ago. Fucking blasted full of test and var. They didnt say a thing. My other juicy buddy came with me. Had to drive to a different town since we had nothing at home.

I think they knew what was up Haha. But they didnt turn us down. However that 16g needle was hell for me. And the tape got stuck on my arm hair, so she reefed on it without holding the needle still(new girl). That was one of the most intense pains I've ever felt. That big fat needle just jerking around inside my vein.

But aside from that, I felt like a different person the next day. No longer sluggish. BP dropped. And I didnt get winded as easily. Totally worth it.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not shy about that stuff at all, just averse to putting effort into it these days, if they want some they can have some but I ain't chasing anything, they know where to find me. It is possible I am still slightly bitter about my divorce ;)

It all depends if its a good idea or not. Whats your hemoglobin at? Is is chronically elevated? Whats your hematocrit at? Whats your platelet count at? All these things need to be considered.

Don't just donate blood because 'its a good idea to do while on cycle' without any reason to do so. Slightly elevated hemoglobin while on cycle isn't a bad thing. It's what transports oxygen and with an increase in muscle mass you want more oxygen transported.

I used to donated blood consistently and to be quite frank I feel much better not donating while on and letting things just level out on their own on a clean out or once I drop back down to TRT dose.
