Hey guys hope everyone's having a good weekend .. Just getting motivated myself after watching the McGregor fight was a late 1. I'm curious what everyone uses for whey protein with 100s of different kinds which ones u find the best and why . I make my own shakes but I do stick a scoop of protien in also ..

I find it hard specially on workdays to take in my daily protien intake . So I try to get it as much as I can personally. But yes a meal is always ideal

No choice but to use Vegan Sport protein - expensive but I watch for sales. I can't use whey protein anymore or I bloat and my stomach hurts all the time.
I agree with @3ml - I am moving away from too much protein powder and I feel better and no change in growth/strength. That being said - won't lie and I still use it when I am trying hammer a workout in and have a full day. I started getting up earlier and making my meals for the day to take with me.

Truthfully I havnt used Canadian Protien. I found something I like so why change.
I only use powder at breakfast with oats, and sometimes before bed if I get drunk, have not trained that night, dont need carbs after all the beer, but still want protien. I’ll mix the powder in with my fibre and chug it down then go to sleep. Remember it’s gross, but really things are less gross when you are drunk. You know like that sausage in a bun you had one night when you left the bar, it was so good, then came by one day sober and were like, man that was shit, lol.
 
Pro(tein) tip #31 - For all y'all with digestion issues, see if you can get single serving samples. Supp stores often have them, sometimes you'll have to ask because they may save a few behind the counter. Other companies have them available on the net, CP is one that does.

I've been using CP for a loooong time. Chocolate and Vanilla have been the best sellers in the whey market by a large margin since the dawn of time.
 
Canadian Protein - NZ Grass-fed Whey Isolate

I buy unflavored and order a few different flavor packets - then i mix up the different flavors in empty protein powder containers. Gives me a bit of variety.
 
PS - for guys who get bloated from whey protein, using hydrolyzed whey protein can sometimes be the trick. Its gone through processing, where the lactose is removed.

Its also good for the lactose-intolerant guys.
 
I couldn't resist when I saw Dymatize had a Fruity Pebbles flavor - it's so good!

But I normally buy Allmax Isolate (whatever flavor is on sale)
