War cries and strength

Id HAPPILY settle for 240 😌😌😌
Would that be where yourr sitting, about? @Goldenrod
No, I cut down to 225. I was 240 and most of it was from my dietary changes as TRT and 150 mg of Primo isn't known for adding mass. If I ever did a real cycle again I would be 250 plus but I don't want to be any bigger and 240 was too large. I was ripping my suit pants at the office and many of my shirts didn't fit comfortably anymore.

Something cool I've read lately is cooling your palms in-between sets. Apparently I'm studys it has helped people do a lot more sets and volume. It cools your body temp through the hands and or feet

I saw that too and it was a fairly dramatic effect right? Great example of how everything in our bodies is connected, lots of it in ways that are hard to imagine for us laymen, sort of a butterfly effect.

I could kinda see it just thinking about it actually. Interesting

Just saw this.. fucking loser is all he is. If I owned the gym, he'd be given an ultimatum--> Lift without the screaming and lift with at least half decent form or get the fuck out.

I was at the gym last night and watched a younger dbag tricep push down on a cable machine. Twat had a 35lbs plate pinned to the stack. All for show and ego as the weight wasn't moved by his triceps, but his mommentum/legs/chest/lats. Pinning weights to a stack bends the pins and puts tension on the stack bearings in the wrong way. I have done it before when I was younger, but I used good form. Doing it with poor form is just wearing out equipement for no reason.
