What do you drink intra?

I use to take tsp of MCT and tsp of honey 15 minutes before i competed. Great energy

Until i figured out i was allergic to MCT bwhahaha

Yes it is very quick acting. Just dont take it on a empty stomach. Made that mistake once. Turned my guts upside down and was very close to shitting my pants.
I loved t best on an empty stomach. I would start to sweat it absorbed so quickly.
I havnt used it in a while.

Haha yes i took it in my camp room late for work, on a empty stomach. then hopped on the bus.. didn't think i was gonna make it to a washroom.. the worse feeling in my guts. Who knows maybe i took way too much.
 
I hate the idea of an intra-workout supplement. Although at this point it seems almost undeniable that a carb mouth rinse has performance increasing effects. I still don't do it in exchange for the insulin sensitivity I gain, there is a give and take with everything.

 
What’s with the oils brother? Interesting I’ve seen in shakes but not like a pre workout. I used to not be able to train unless I had eaten a decent sized meal like you say 60-90 mins pre. I’m just fuckin getting used to training in morning on an empty stomach; I don’t like it; I’m thinking about waking up earlier to add a heavy shake an hour pre workout.
Hey man, i find it gives me good energy about 20-30 mins into my work and seems to last. I will be trying the MCT oil for energy here as suggested above.
The fats give off large amounts of useable energy with no insulin spike and then dragging feeling after blood sugars clear the blood. That is my practice for many years.
I don't like that bloated heavy feel going into the gym either. They say when a bit hungry it raises adrenaline levels??? I tend to believe it personally. Fats will give the energy with no full feeling and sugar crash.

Here's mine currently. Its been the same ingredients for 18 months just different amounts.

2.4L alkaline h20
20g EAA
100g highly branched cyclic dextrin (I'll like my drop to 60g on my arm only day)
5g creatine mono
4g pink salt
4g potassium chloride
3g taurine
Mio for flavour(Im a bitch)
Similar to you.

10g EAA
10g Collagen Peptides
100g Dextrose
15g Creatine
2g salt
 
For you guys having all these carbs during your workout I assume your using pre workout slin ?
 
Ok how much are you using ?
I use around 25-30g once im warmed up good, probably 20 mins into my workout I start drinking it. I like lots of water with it. Ben pakluski said something about it boosting gh when done this way. If you drink it preworkout you will crash. I can do a longer workout once its in my system it gives me my second wind.
 
Ah nice. Ya my workouts are short so probably don’t really need though
