What's your blood pressure today?

How the heck is your HR so low consistently? How much cardio do you do?

The only cardio I do is beat the shit out of the heavy bag a couple times a week and my BOB which is precise striking and not power or a real hard workout. Obviously sex is good cardio but I have been married a long time and am not a kid anymore so its not like I am doing it every night.
I don't do cardio unless it is fun so I spar with friends as we can't in class because of Covid. Same with Judo but that is once a week. Might get 2-3 good sessions in a week of 30 min to an hour. Probably more like 2 or I am simply too sore.
I walk my dogs but I go at a slow pace because I have a bad right knee.
Suspect it is a combo of my diet being very clean, I never eat junk food because I don't like it (not because I am a food nut), and a take a few supplements for heart health.

Don't know - it was in the 70's over a year or two ago and now doing gear I think it is remiss not to ensure you have thin blood and you look after your heart. There are a few supplements that work and some that don't (for me). Took me a while to figure out my best combo and since sorting that out, my resting HR never goes over 55 and is usually in the 50 range.

Many of my workouts do revolve around volume and my heart rate gets up. Specifically legs because of a bad right knee that may require surgery I do squats with bands or holding dumbbells and do high volume sets. I don't take long breaks and when I am working out either. All that might make you think you couldn't grow but with nothing more than TRT and a little Primo a week (150 mg) I went from 210 to 235 and continue to grow.

So I don't know, I am heavier than I have ever been and my BP and RHR is better than it ever has been. Why, not sure other than diet and a few supplements.

So I smoked my last cigarette Christmas evening, I know I’m really quitting this time so my body has decided to have withdrawal. I was hitting 145/95 yesterday evening. Today I’m better 130/90.
It should drop down to its normal 124/80 soon.
Did my first round of cardio last night as well.

How much ubiquinol you taking 100 or 200 mg?

100 mg per day. I increased it before but it didn't lower it that much. I just did a bunch of trials and kept track of my BP. The most recent 'stack' which is just 4 supplements had decreased by systolic to just above 100. I also like the fish oil @Funnyman recommends and use Carleson's and I don't take much. 2 pills twice a day - approx 3000 mg of DHA/EPA.

It seems counterproductive or reluctant but I find taking 100 mg of ubiquinol with 100 mg of co-enzyme Q-10 much better than 200 mg of either alone. I can't tell you why but numbers don't lie.
You need to tighten up the cuff, lol
thank you but the cuff can't get any tighter. It just fits my arm and it is the same reading at pharmacies since they reopened the machines there.
