How low do you guys going

How low of calories do you guys cut on.
Im 31
5'5"
24%bf
240 lbs

Seems like im not loosing eating over 2k per day which leaving me feeling like shit.
Eating around
230g prot
115g carb
65g fat

What do you guys eating?
 
70g egg white
1 raw egg
2 protein wrap (18g carbs 2g fat 12g protein each)
100g ham
1 slice Fat free single
1 pouch of kraft mayo (12.5g)
I eat 1 wrap then another one 3-4 hours later
250ml 1% milk
118ml pomegranate juice

45g basmati
100g chicken breast

1.5 scoop of whey 100g eggwhite pre
1.5 scoop of whey
100g egg white post

100-125g meat depending on the cut
90g of home made cesar salad

1tablespoon omega 3
I think thats it

Not doing much cardio im doing about 3hours session weight lifting and have 3 kids plus working 1.5hours away from home which leaving me no space im having 6-7 hours sleep max so yeah thats about it
 
What I would do; Eat more initially & up cals. (For reference we are the same weight and I can drop lbs on 4200 cals)

Cut the milk, processed cheese, deli meats, mayo, juice to start with...also Caesar salad, watch the dressing on things .... crazy high cals!

Replace your deli meat with chicken breast. Replace your protein wraps with Squirrel or Ezekiel bread. 100g of chicken breast is fuck all, thats what my partner eats. I'd shoot for 6oz ish.

Finally you gotta move. Can you not squeeze 5 30mins LISS in somewhere in your week? Failing that 5 HIIT sessions of 10mins.

Well your workouts are like doing a marathon.

You need to shorten then to about 1 hour max, and add 30min of light cardio.

As for carbs, just like abmonkey said, pick your with low glycimic.

If in time, with everyone's advice you can't drop weight then you might need to look into paying for help.

Try it out to see how, you do on your own.

Yeah its kinda simple....

You're eating an absurdly low amount of calories and you're not loosing any weight. You need your metabolism to fire up. Where do you go eating 2000 cals when your weight stalls - 1500? lol, my GF is in prep right now and two weeks out her cals are just a tad lower, she is 140lbs.

Up your cals, eat clean foods, move more. You will lose weight. Find your TDEE start there, if you don't lose anything in a week or two, just reduce cals by 200. Its simple stuff.

So do i up like a good bunch NOW then adding 100-200 till im starting to add weight 🤔

Doing about 3-4 exercises 4-5 sets on every ex per body parts as heavy as possible with pyramids and to failure
So sometimes yeah looks like a marathon but if i dont do that much i dont feel like i worked hard enough... ill try your tips and see from there
 
I did 2500 for 2 weeks added 3 pounds lol but ill cut everything processed as you suggest and see wherr it goes

Then if you stop loosing you can either increase cardio by or decrease total cals. You always want to be eating as much as possible and dropping the weight.

Well if you do drop sets, or rest pause on all your sets you won't be about to do so many sets.
 
Not too sound like a dickhead but I wouldn't use any gear till you get the basic diet stuff dialed in. You'll get way better results when you get a solid diet dialed in.

Well its my third cycle and it went pretty good on every other run.. but not this time
