Amazing changes. You dont even look like the same person. I bet you feel a million times better.Eventually it will get harded and harder to see changes, but keep pushing

I do feel a lot better. It’s been so long now that I hardly remember what it was like to be so obese. Changes have gotten a lot harder. Especially since it’s still an every day battle for adherence to my diet. I got to 500 pounds with an eating disorder and it never seems to fully go away.

@bowserthedog Fucking Awesome.

my 2 cents - Stay the course until progress grinds to a halt. However you are managing this it's working, why change anything? There are a few legit reasons to make a change for health reasons of course but barring that stay the course.

my 2 zillion cents - As you said your body has been through hell, there is some damage. Pardon my assumption but I think your primary focus should be all about your internals from Cardiovascular on down. AAS are not health cost free, before you even consider playing with it you should be damn near a world class expert on the subject.

Just my thoughts, I find I have to give myself a little talking to on the subject sometimes.

I agree with the above.
Loosing weight to fast can cause a hurt locker of issues as well can really fuck your metabolism, adrenals and thyroid, iv read that hard calorie deficit diets etc can fuck your metabolism up for up to 6 years. Your doing great but dont forget to eat and stick with a few pounds a week dont get all crazy. Thats my tip to add

Keep doing what your doing man, its clearly working for you. Keep pushing yourself till you hit a wall, you can even try mixing things up or reevaluating a cycle when the time comes.

You've made some big changes to be proud of and it shows your dedication

Im back! The past 3-4 months have been horrible for me. The gyms in Manitoba have been closed for way too long and it hasn't been a good time for me. I've been eating like crap and depressed. That's why I haven't been posting here much. But tomorrow Im finally back at the gym. Wish me luck!
