Rehab log for nagging injuries - GH, peptides, and test/nandrolone

You are getting older, sir. It's those silly little injuries that hassle us the most.
Nope, not believing that.
My massage therapist told me that once you reach a certain age, (I was about to get undressed before the session) I stopped her, and said, hey, no way, that’s it, you gotta go I gotta get undressed, lol. (You know joking and teasing her for calling me old)
She started to turn to leave (I have abs btw) so I started to lift my shirt like I was taking it off, and she noticed my abs, lol. Hasn’t mentioned it since.
Mind you last session, she did rest her tit a bit on my forehead as she massage my neck, left one as she did the one side of my neck, then the right as she did the other. now she’s massaged my neck before, never felt her tits. I’m just chalking it up to my imagination, me reading into things, at least that’s what I told myself.

She’s also mentioned that I’m in pretty decent shape. Jokes about giving me pain, because she sadistic, and I tell her I enjoy it, so it’s fine. Also told her I’m going to keep breaking myself, so she will keep seeing me. She giggled a bit about that.

Man, these 30 ish year olds, I gotta quit flirting with them :)

No problem, lately it feels as though my body doesn’t want me to start training again.
Nerve pinch gone, then I flare the nerves on the other side, that is gone, I was horsing around with my grandson (hes 110 lbs now) so he goes to run away, I grab him with my right hand, as he launches away, I do stop him, but feel something pull in my forearm, lol.
I’m training legs tonight so I don’t care, but fuck, I want 2020 to be better than 2019.
age - it sucks.

again - an update should be provided. I am using the max weight available with my adjustable dumbbells and doing reps. No injuries have come back and I feel better from an injury perspective than I have in a decade.
I dropped the primo and take trt - 100 mg, still 2 IU's of GH, and BCP157 - 1000 mg per day. Where I inject the BPC will depend on what I train as a prophylactic treatment.
I am doing floor benches with full weight which is a massive improvement, dead-lifts with dumbbells - sort of like a squat/dead combo concentrating on form.b
Through all this I went from 205-210 to 220-225. I obviously wasn't working out or eating to gain weight. I hit 226 when I was taking the deca.
Keep in mind I'm not trying to look like a BBer - I'm 6 - 220, eat 3 meals a day, a small snack at night like an avacado or nuts, and a protein shake when I think of it. I say this cause because I am going to go up to 4 meals a day, and see what my weight does. Until I am 100% sure everything is good - which I'm still paranoid I will not work out to failure, lift heavy and do most of the mass exercises. i guess the point being - nagging injuries can heal, weight can be gained on very little gear and not stuffing your face 24/7. Don't get me wrong - if you want to be Arnold - your gonna be eating 6-8 times a day, taking much more than I do, etc. Just saying with gear - sometimes less is all you need.

Glad to hear that everything is back on track. Yes nagging injuries can heal. My trapped nerve has finally released and ive been carefully training, pushing it to see how it will go.

I keep saying I'm not going update but I think its worth mentioning a few things:
no change in what I'm taking - 100 Test E, 150 Primo a week, 2 IU's of Sero. My gear is pretty low. I had tons of injuries but slowly I am getting the confidence to go to failure and even do a drop set or two. Working out more frequently push/pull/legs/off/repeat as well. I'm lifting heavier because I'm getting stronger but I'm not lifting heavy compared to what I use to do. I am now training chest twice a week albeit only 6-8 sets per workout.
I'm eating more as I'm hungrier, healthy snacks 3 times a day between my 3 regular meals.
I hit 228 last week. That is the heaviest I have been as I use to do a lot of cardio with kick boxing, judo, or just swimming cause I like doing it.
I guess the point is - mentally I have the confidence to push myself more, am doing so and gaining weight.
I have been lifting weights since I was a little gaffer - 30 years somewhat seriously and I feel like I'm 30 again right now. Just an update to say so far this experiment was worth it.

I keep lying but want to let everyone know this was an excellent learning experience. I had a few hick-ups and no gym to go to but I can do a full work out for cardio on my Bob with the exception of roundhouses kicks with my right leg. I have pretty much maxed every exercise I do so I just keep adding reps to the 50 lbs adjustable dumbbells. I have some lift grips which are good for close grip push-ups or regular push-ups. Push-ups without much pain is new for me - improvement. I did hurt my left heal and side of the foot but that comes with age and kicking things. Nothing major - healing up nice. still taking TRT and 1.5 IU GH (I lowered it a bit as I hear it might be a while before the next sctip GH is available), long story short - fucking great. I'm curling 50's and doing 8 sets - 4 regular dumbbell and 4 hammer. This isn't much but I am becoming much more vascular, weight is staying at 220-225 which is good, and I couldn't dream of doing this months ago.
Anyone with chronic injuries - I recommend reading this and thanks to the people who made suggestions on trying different things.
I hope everyone here is healthy and Covid 19 free.
Cheers, GR

Good to hear this was successful.Slow and steady won the race.

Been a long time since I updated this so I thought I would to let anyone interested, my pectoral has healed and the only injury that is left is my right knee but I may need surgery. Not sure anything can heal that injury. That being said, I can still train my legs but not heavy so I have made progress.
After getting my training in check with the healing done, changed to 5 meals a day and completely changed my diet. Still only taking TRT and small amounts of Primo but with the ability to work out on a regular basis and push myself I am making progress albeit slow as I'm not taking a lot of gear and relying more on gear. Cutting down from around 230 to 215 for the summer. I did recently add in some NPP to help with my knee pain and a strain in my forearm but my arm is better already. Within a couple days, the SYN NPP helped with the knee pain but that isn't a long term fix. I will be seeing an Orthopedic surgeon for my knee.

I haven’t updated this in a while so it’s time to to update.
I can’t recall what I wrote all before so here we go.
No more tb500, BPC 157 1000 mcg once a day - 500 in left tricep and 5 in left bicep.
TRT - same INNO and I have s large bottle of dracorex t400, they both test the same in bloods and make me feel the same.
INNO primo - 100-200 mg a week and don’t care if this is a small amount, I’m taking a marathon approach.
Sero GH - 2 iu’s a day.
Regular supplement protocol I take daily for antioxidant, Heart, liver and kidney protection.
Until I am able to really push it I work out at home with my heavy bag and dumbbells.
All weights have gone up and I am in no more pain other than I stupidly strained a tricep which isn’t bad but I’m skipping my skull crushers or kick backs, etc.
Added in a different squat/ deadlift with 50 lbs in each hand doing sets of 50. Doing bent rows and wish I had heavier weight.
My chest never took the final plunge to getting to 100%, not even close so I still stress it but don’t push it at all.
I do not eat for size, I eat for health, and add in protein shakes to ensure I get enough. I am on very little gear and I gained 20 pounds approx give or take 5 lbs doing this.
All positives and thanks for the healing. If I get to a little better, it’s back to the gym for me when I can move some real weight and have more options and will gain more. I guess this is a bulking cycle albeit I’m taking fuck all.

How do you inject sub-q into the bicep area. Not a lot of fat in that area.

I don't worry about if it goes into the fat or muscle, I just use an insulin needle and try to get as close to the area in pain as possible. I have injected into muscle, fat, joints with success and also some injuries without success. That being said no injury didn't get somewhat better, my chest still bothers me a bit but I am now doing twice the reps and weight I was for dumbbell presses and lots of pushups with varying hand positions and my chest is doing better but it is not 100%. All other injuries are gone with the exception of my knee but I will probably need surgery.

Thank you.

Im a bit scared because I'm somewhat new to pinning in general. My main area of concern is some sort of muscular injury on my bicep close to my armpit if that makes sense. Im very comfortable pinning in my shoulder as i do this for TRT. Do you think that would be close enough or should I pin in the bicep itself? If so do i need to worry about anything if i am using my half inch insulin syringes?

Thank you.

If its your bicep, use the insulin shot in your bicep. you don't even feel it, it barely leaves a mark and with BPC157 you want it as close to the injury as possible. I have poked almost every part of my arms - triceps, biceps, forearms and they all came around quickly.

Great log, very helpful. The one thing I've noticed while reading this and is said to be a common mistake/misconception by a couple of people in the field of Peptides, Dr. William Seeds, and Jean-Francois Tremblay, you don't need to inject close to the site of the injury. If you were to do a proper fluoroscopy injection, perhaps it would be beneficial but there is no data on this because it's obviously not done. Furthermore, the blood vessels in adipose tissue would pick up the peptides and begin to circulate them long before they would reach the injured area. This occurs in a matter of minutes. In fact, they recommend you don't inject close to the area as there is more of a chance you will hit something (tendon, bone, vessels) and cause more damage in doing so. I have never injected anywhere other than my belly, and I've had positive effects long term injuries. Including my hands. Both damaged from lifting (not bodybuilding exclusively) I developed trigger finger. Long story short I got surgery on the right one and it was so painful I opted out on the left. The left did mostly heal with time but was never 100%. After using BPC and TB it has slowly begun to feel normal again. The left now feels better than the one I had surgery on. Obviously, this is all anecdotal, but previous to treatment I was at a point where I felt and was told by my doctor that my hands would never return to normal. I'm about 95% now and feel it's realistic I can reach 100% by the end of the year with 1 more treatment. I'm only using BPC now, fyi.

Interesting perspective and makes sense. All anecdotal reports and information on the net but I was always told to inject BPC157 near the injury and TB500 in the stomach as it is more systemic but I agree with a lot of your comments.
I had another embarrassing injury that I wasn't treating and definitely not injecting BPC near that site and it healed after a year of pain.
There has to be a systemic effect to both peptides but I, for whatever reason, have always injected BPC157 at the injury site but definitely not into the tendon or ligament.
Appreciate your incite.
